I run a small music studio by myself, so admin used to take way more time than it should have - tracking who came, who paid, who still has lessons left, answering the same questions again and again.
With InTouch, all of that is basically handled now. It tracks attendance, handles lesson packages, sends reminders - I don’t really have to keep everything in my head anymore. I’d say it saves me around 20 hours a month, which still sounds crazy when I say it out loud.
The vacation thing is also surprisingly helpful. When I’m away, classes just pause and then continue properly after, and the packages adjust automatically. Before, I always had to fix this manually and it was a mess every time.
Students also started relying on it a lot - they check their balance themselves, get reminders, and overall message me less for small things. Which I didn’t expect, but it makes a big difference.
It’s not complicated to use, just takes a bit of getting used to in the beginning. Now it feels weird to imagine going back to doing all of this manually.
I run a dance studio with group classes - we have 5 permanent teachers and a couple of interim ones, so coordination was always a lot. Sign-ups, payments, tracking who actually showed up, calculating salaries - it was all scattered and took way too much time.
We worked with Liubov to set things up so people now sign up and prepay before class, which already removed a huge amount of back-and-forth. Attendance is tracked automatically, and salaries are calculated based on actual classes, so I’m no longer sitting there at the end of the month trying to piece everything together. Reminders turned out to be a bigger deal than I expected - people just show up more consistently now.
Also, a random but very real problem - ballet classes. We constantly had to check if new students had the right clothing before coming, and it always turned into last-minute chaos. Now they’re guided in advance - what they need, where to get it in the city - and they confirm they’re prepared before the class. That alone saved a lot of trouble.
It’s not that the work disappeared completely, but it finally feels manageable and predictable, which wasn’t the case before.

We run a yoga studio, and for a while we had this weird situation where people were messaging us, but not that many were actually booking. Part of it was just slow replies, part of it was that admins answered differently depending on the person, and sometimes conversations just faded out. We also had a CRM with old clients, but barely touched it.
